RICOH's online webshop only applies to companies of Danish residence. We do not accept online orders from abroad, hereunder Greenland and The Faroe Islands. Please contact RICOH via +45 43 66 68 00 or via bestilling@ricoh.dk
We reserve the right for stated product range, which are only available as long as items are in stock.

Payment
It is secure to order articles via online webshop. You cannot pay online when ordering via RICOH's webshop. You will receive an invoice, this is to secure you as customer at RICOH. All prices stated are excl. VAT. Our terms of payment are 30 days net.

Security
It is completely secure to order via RICOH's webshop. If you are already a customer we will use the information given us, hereunder pricing agreement.
If you are a new customer please send us information about your company and you will be contacted by a sales consultant from RICOH. Finally RICOH has the policy not to use any confidential information via the internet.

Delivery
In cooperation with our freights companies we ensure, that items are delivered as agreed. We normally deliver your purchase within 4 days conditional items are in stock. Moreover the following applies:
Ordering paper: Delivery free of charge door-too-door.
Ordering Ricoh toner: Delivery charge DKK 70,- excl. VAT when ordering up to DKK 3.000,- excl. VAT. If order exceed DKK 3.000,- excl. VAT we deliver without any charge.
Delivery of other Office and Data supply: We will inform you about terms and conditions for these products when ordering.

Claim
Claim shall be within 8 days. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed however we will always exchange products without charge. Please state delivery note number when returning. Otherwise we do not accept the package. If you wish to return a product please contact RICOH via +45 80 30 30 20 or salg@ricoh.dk

Right of cancellation
If you regret a purchase ordered via RICOH's online webshop you always have 14 days rights of cancellation from order date. No products may be returned without prior approval of RICOH.
All products have to be returned in original and intact packaging. Please state delivery note number when returning. Otherwise we do not accept the package.
Delivery charges are not reimbursed, nor expenses covering returning. If you regret an order and have not received any products we will cancel you order.
